This Policy aims to establish the conditions and terms regarding the usage of personal data shared by Platform members/visitors/users (collectively referred to as “Data Subjects”) or generated by Armine during the operation of the website www.armine.com and its mobile applications (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
What Data Is Processed?
Below is a list of personal data processed by Armine, which are considered personal data under the Law. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the term "personal data" as used in this Policy will include the following:

Data anonymized irreversibly as per Articles 3 and 7 of the Law will not be considered personal data and can be processed without being subject to this Policy.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Armine may process personal data provided by Data Subjects for the following purposes:
- Creating membership records and accounts, maintaining related records, and enabling Data Subjects to benefit from services offered on the Platform.
- Detecting system errors, monitoring performance, improving the functionality of the Platform, and providing maintenance, support, and backup services.
- Conducting the necessary operational activities to ensure that individuals benefit from Armine’s products and services tailored to their preferences, usage habits, and needs.
- Planning and executing promotional activities for products and services, performing operational research and evaluation, and enhancing user experience.
- Ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial safety of Armine and its business partners.
- Planning and executing commercial and/or business strategies for Armine.
Personal Data Processed with Explicit Consent and Purposes
With the explicit consent of the Data Subject, Armine may:
- Track the activities of Data Subjects on the Platform to enhance user experience, generate statistics, conduct profiling, and engage in direct and re-marketing activities.
- Create and deliver personalized promotional offers and use this data in advertisements or promotional materials.
Transfer of Personal Data
Armine may transfer personal data to third-party service providers for purposes such as enhancing the user experience, ensuring security, preventing fraudulent or unauthorized use, conducting operational evaluations, resolving technical issues, and fulfilling any other purposes specified in this Policy. Methods and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data
Personal data is collected through electronic means via the Platform. Such data may be processed and transferred in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 and the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.
Rights of the Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the Law, Data Subjects are entitled to:
- Learn whether their personal data has been processed.
- Request information about the processing of their personal data.
- Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it has been used appropriately.
- Know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically or internationally.
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and notify third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with applicable laws and request notification of this to third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
- Object to the processing of personal data that leads to unfavorable outcomes.
- Demand compensation for damages resulting from the unlawful processing of personal data.
Requests regarding these rights may be submitted as per the Policy on Processing and Protection of Personal Data available on www.armine.com. Armine will resolve such requests within 30 days. While Armine does not typically charge fees for these requests, it reserves the right to charge fees in line with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, if applicable.

Armine uses cookies on the Platform to provide a secure and efficient user experience, offer personalized content and advertisements, conduct analytical activities, and track visitor usage habits.
