Order Processing

How to Place an Order?
You can place an order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button next to each product. You can collect items in your shopping cart, adjust their quantities, or remove some of them if needed. Items in your cart are not considered a final order. Your purchase process begins when you click the "COMPLETE PURCHASE" button in your cart.

Invoicing for Orders
Your invoice will be included with your order based on the delivery address provided. List prices include VAT, and invoicing is also conducted on a VAT-inclusive basis.

When Will My Order Arrive?
Orders placed on our website are delivered to the contracted courier company within 24 hours on business days. Once handed over to the courier, your items will be delivered to you within 2 business days for domestic shipments.

To ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible, please provide your address details as clearly as possible. If the address you provide during the membership process is different from the delivery address for your order, please pay attention to this detail when completing the order form.
