This "Disclosure Text for Data Protection and Processing within the Scope of Membership" has been prepared by Armine Giyim Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Armine" or "Company") to fulfill the obligation to inform, as stipulated by Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") and the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform.

  • Domestic Transfer: Business partners, authorized institutions, and real/legal persons.
  • International Transfer: No data transfer abroad.

Personal Data Category: Contact Information

  • Data: Phone Number, Email Address, Address
  • Purpose of Processing: To facilitate communication and fulfill membership obligations.
  • Collection Method: Through the membership registration form at https://www.armine.com/UyeGiris.
  • Legal Basis: Article 5/2(c) of the Law: Necessity of processing for the establishment or performance of a contract.
  • Domestic Transfer: Business partners, authorized institutions, and real/legal persons.

  • Data: Profile Information, Order Details, Support Requests
  • Purpose of Processing: To manage member profiles, ensure customer satisfaction, record orders, and respond to support requests.

  • Legal Basis: Article 5/2(c) of the Law: Necessity of processing for the establishment or performance of a contract.

  • Data: Reward Points, Gift Vouchers
  • Purpose of Processing: To create records for campaigns, favorites, and wishlists, and to manage memberships.

  • Legal Basis: Article 5/2(f) of the Law: Processing necessary for legitimate interests.
  • Domestic Transfer: Business partners, authorized institutions, and real/legal persons.
  • International Transfer: No data transfer abroad.

Personal Data Category: Transaction Security

  • Data: Password Information
  • Purpose of Processing: To ensure secure access to accounts and facilitate password reset processes.
  • Collection Method: Through the membership registration form at https://www.armine.com/UyeGiris.
  • Legal Basis: Articles 5/2(c) and 5/2(e) of the Law: Necessity of processing for contract performance and establishment of legal rights.
  • Domestic Transfer: Business partners, authorized institutions, and real/legal persons.

3. Retention and Destruction of Personal Data

When the purpose requiring the processing of your personal data ceases to exist, or the statutory retention periods expire, your data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized under Article 7/1 of the Law.

As a data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law, subject to exceptions in Article 28:

  • To request information about data processing activities.
  • To learn the purposes of data processing and whether they are used appropriately.
  • To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad.
  • To request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • To request deletion or destruction of personal data when legal grounds for processing cease to exist.
  • To object to decisions based on automated data processing.
  • To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful data processing.
