This “Disclosure Text on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data within the Scope of the Contact Form” has been prepared by Armine Giyim Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Armine” or “Company”), as the data controller identified below, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, for the purpose of fulfilling the obligation to inform regarding the processing of your personal data.

Your personal data are processed by Armine, located at Topçular Mahallesi Sahabeler Caddesi No:3/5 Sıla İş Merkezi Eyüp/İstanbul, as the data controller, in compliance with the Law, and within the scope of the purposes specified below, ensuring that the accuracy and up-to-dateness of personal data are maintained as provided to us.

- Legal Basis:
- Article 5/2 (ç) of the KVKK: Processing is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations.
- Article 5/2 (f) of the KVKK: Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

- Purpose of Processing: For the purposes of recording contact requests submitted via the contact form at https://www.armine.com/Iletisim, forwarding the contact subjects to the customer services department, conducting necessary investigations regarding the subject, creating records related to the contact request, providing responses to contact requests, and fulfilling the Company’s legal obligations under applicable regulations.

Your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized when the purpose requiring their processing ceases to exist or upon the expiry of the statutory retention periods that we are obligated to comply with under applicable legislation, in accordance with Article 7/1 of the KVKK.
3. Rights of the Data Subject and How to Exercise Them
Under Article 11 of the Law, and without prejudice to the exceptions outlined in Article 28, you, as the data subject, have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- To learn the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and to request notification of the correction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data and notification of the deletion to third parties to whom the data has been transferred when the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist,
- To object to any adverse outcomes arising solely from automated processing of your data,
- To seek compensation for damages incurred as a result of unlawful processing of your personal data.
For requests regarding your rights listed above, you can submit a written and signed request containing the minimum requirements specified in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. You can submit it by hand to the company’s headquarters at Topçular Mahallesi Sahabeler Caddesi No:3/5 Sıla İş Merkezi Eyüp/İstanbul, send it via notary public, send it to the KEP address [email protected] as an electronically signed email, or use your registered email address in the company’s systems to send it to [email protected].
