I want to return my order.
For returns, you can contact our WhatsApp Support Line at 0850 281 77 77.
When will my refund be processed?
Once your return package reaches us, you will be notified via SMS. Excluding high-demand periods such as campaigns, the inspection of the returned product and refund processing are expected to be completed within approximately 5 business days. Once your refund is processed, you will be informed via SMS and email.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by visiting My Account > My Orders.
What payment methods are available?
You can complete your purchase using debit or credit cards.
Can I exchange a product?
For exchanges, the return process applies. You need to return your order as explained in the first question and then place a new order.
Can I pick up or return my online purchase in-store?
