DISCLOSURE TEXT ON THE PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA WITHIN THE SCOPE OF COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES

This “Disclosure Text on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data Within the Scope of Commercial Electronic Messages” has been prepared by Armine Giyim Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Armine” or “Company”), as the data controller identified below, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform, for the purpose of fulfilling the obligation to inform regarding the processing of your personal data.

1. Purpose and Identity of the Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Armine, headquartered at Topçular Mahallesi Sahabeler Caddesi No:3/5 Sıla İş Merkezi Eyüp/İstanbul, as the data controller, within the scope and purposes described below, in a limited and measured manner, ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date status of the personal data provided to us.

2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing, Collection Method, Legal Grounds, and Parties to Which It Is Transferred

Your personal data is collected through the commercial electronic message consent forms completed via https://www.armine.com/.

The legal grounds for processing your personal data include compliance with legal obligations as per Article 5/2 (ç) of the Law and the necessity of processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller under Article 5/2 (f) of the Law, provided that the processing does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Your personal data may be transferred domestically to business partners, authorized institutions and organizations, real persons, or private legal entities. Your personal data is not transferred abroad.

Once the purposes requiring the processing of your personal data cease to exist or the retention periods mandated by law have expired, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with Article 7/1 of the Law.

3. Rights of the Data Subject and Their Exercise

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, except for exceptions stipulated in Article 28, as a data subject, you have the following rights:

To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with this purpose,
To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
To request the correction of incomplete or incorrect data and the notification of these corrections to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
To request the deletion or destruction of personal data and to ensure that third parties to whom the data was transferred are notified if the reasons for processing have ceased to exist,
To object to unfavorable results arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.
